Ferriss Bridal was the first and only bridal boutique I visited........from the first point of contact with Hannah she made me feel relaxed and understood exactly how I was feeling. My first visit was in December, I picked out the dresses I thought I wanted and Hannah chose a dress that I hadn't looked at which was the first dress I tried on and the dress that I picked. Yesterday, I visited Hannah's new boutique which is absolutely stunning and I picked my wonderful dress up which was even more amazing than I had remembered. The atmosphere Hannah creates is so relaxed and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended, thank you for making my wedding dress experience so positive and special ❤️

I can't even begin to put into words the amazing experience I had at Ferriss Bridal. After going to a previous bridal shop and being squeezed into size 8 dresses, despite being told there was a curve event, I lost hope in finding the perfect dress for me. I purchased a dress online and felt I should settle for that dress as I knew it fit. A few months down the line I changed my mind on the dress I had and knew that I shouldn't settle for a dress that I didn't love! I plucked up the courage to book an appointment at Ferriss Bridal and explained my situation. Hannah was super understanding and reassuring from the outset. When I arrived for my appointment with my Mum and Bridesmaid, Hannah was so welcoming and instantly put me at ease. Whilst trying the dresses on, Hannah was eager to take note of what I wanted and was very mindful of my budget at all times and at no point did she try to push me over it. One particular small detail I really appreciated was after getting measured - instead of shouting out the size that she was going to order, she instead showed it me on the order form. This just demonstrated the consideration she has for the brides that she looks after and how self conscious someone might be. Hannah was bright and very friendly all the way through the appointment and made my Mum and Bridesmaid feel equally as special. I would highly recommend this shop to any curvier bride who wants that perfect wedding dress shopping experience!
I cannot thank Hannah enough for my amazing experience today" I was so nervous I cried pretty much as soon as I walked in. Hannah was so nice and really made me and my Mum feel very welcome. I chose a few dresses to try on (fell in love with the first one), Hannah then put me in a wild card dress that I didn't select myself which I absolutely loved. Couldn't choose between the 2 so she told me to go away and think about it. An hour later I was back at the shop picking up her wild card choice! Beautiful shop, beautiful dresses and a lovely person. Would highly recommend! Hannah, thank you so much, can't wait to show you the pictures next year xx
